VRS Global FZCO is a Dubai Silicon Oasis free zone registered company in the UAE. Started in April 2021, the main business of the company is brokerage / trading of commodities and providing management consultancy assisting in structured trade finance of commodity trades.

The promoter is a CA (ICAI – India) and ACMA (CIMA – London), has been in commodity trading since 2017 and has a strong understanding of commodity markets and their requirements. Apart from this, the promoter has been in the finance sector for more than 23 years, providing financial advisory in his field of profession and business.

VRS Global FZCO deals in ferrous / non-ferrous metals and agro commodities. The main markets are Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE.

Every trade is approached with the same discipline: understanding the commodity, the counterparties and the market before committing, and arranging structured finance around the trade rather than the other way round.
